Thanksgiving – Going Home
There is something really special about Unity
A crowd of unknown people gathering with a common cause
We find ourselves going in the same direction
With one heart
In one accord
Bringing Harmony to often discordant lives
And I am thankful
- A funeral service becoming a heartfelt celebration of life,
- Remembering that says so much about the young man, gone home
- His vigilant and loving family
- That we could call him friend
- Crush hour all homeward bound
- Football fun and fervour – all codes
- Essential Pursuits = Trivial Pursuits raising funds for an Indonesian Library
- Grey Power to the fore
- Fading light of evening
- City lights spectacular
- Long road trip safely completed
- Clean and well-kept wayside stop, serving edible fresh food, salads and sandwiches.
- 3rd generation dairy farmer, strange combination of Italian and Bush Aussie accent
- Hardworking men and women of the land
- Dormant orchards and vineyards – a pregnant pause before spring
- The timely words of Much Encouragement, bringing forth fruit – thank you
- Borrowed pressure cooker returned full of soup – wow
- Visiting friends
- Sharing feasts and favours
- Lovely long wheelie-walk in brisk winter sunshine
- Lakeside detour
- Watoto Children’s Choir performance
- Songs, Colour and Rhythm of Africa
- Spirit, Love and Life of God
- Hope and Faith against all the odds
- Opportunity to entertain Angels – such a Blessing
- Calm Comfort in which they rest and play
- Discovery of Other-Culture
- Our lives Our hearts – expanded
- Earthmother reawakened
